COMPREHENSIVE GLOBAL LOGISTICS & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL

I. THE LOGISTICS PHILOSOPHY

At Affiliate J Enterprises, we view the transit process as an extension of our product quality. Our Manchester-based logistics division operates under strict UK and International transit regulations to ensure that every ELVORA and Vis Eley piece arrives in showroom condition. By placing an order, the client enters into a logistical contract governed by the terms outlined below.

II. FULFILLMENT & ORDER PROCESSING ARCHITECTURE

We do not utilize "blind dropshipping" or unverified fulfillment centers. All orders are processed at our secure Manchester facility.

Verification Phase: Every transaction undergoes a fraud-prevention scan. This takes approximately 24 business hours.

Quality Control (QC): Items are inspected for stitching integrity, hardware functionality, and packaging aesthetic.

Handling Window: Standard processing is 1–3 business days. During high-demand "Vis Eley" seasonal launches, this may extend to 5 business days.

Order Modifications: Once an order enters the "Picking" stage, no modifications to the contents or shipping address can be made.

III. GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING ZONES & ESTIMATED DURATION

We utilize a tiered logistics network to provide global coverage.

Zone 1: United Kingdom (Domestic)

Service: Tracked 24/48.

Duration: 1–3 business days.

Zone 2: European Union & EEA

Service: International Priority.

Duration: 4–9 business days.

Zone 3: North America (USA & Canada)

Service: Air Express.

Duration: 6–12 business days.

Zone 4: Rest of World (Asia, Middle East, Oceania)

Service: Global Expedited.

Duration: 10–20 business days.

IV. COURIER PARTNERSHIPS & TRACKING PROTOCOL

Affiliate J Enterprises partners exclusively with Tier-1 carriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and Royal Mail.

Automated Tracking: Upon dispatch, our system generates a unique Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number.

Carrier Liability: Once the courier takes possession of the parcel, the responsibility for transit time lies with the carrier. AJE is not liable for delays caused by weather, strike action, or mechanical failures within the courier’s network.

V. CUSTOMS, EXCISE & INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPLIANCE

As a Manchester-registered entity, we comply with HMRC export regulations.

Import Duties: All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

The Client’s Responsibility: These charges are not included in the AJE checkout price. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Documentation: We will never under-declare the value of an item or mark it as a "gift." This is a violation of international trade laws.

VI. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RE-ROUTING POLICY

Direct Signature Required: For high-value orders (typically ELVORA collections), a signature is required.

Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to our Manchester hub due to "Address Incomplete," "Customer Unavailable," or "Refused Delivery," the customer will be billed for the return-to-sender fee and the cost of a second delivery attempt.

PO Boxes: We generally cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for security reasons.

VII. INSURANCE & RISK OF LOSS

In accordance with the Incoterms® for consumer sales:

Risk Transfer: The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

Stolen Parcels: If a package is marked "Delivered" but is missing from your property (porch piracy), you must file a report with your local police and the courier. Affiliate J Enterprises is not responsible for theft post-delivery.

VIII. FORCE MAJEURE

Affiliate J Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
